In January, you – our incredible supporters – responded with such generosity to our appeal for funds to purchase modular desks!
So we asked the local public elementary school if they could make use of the large desks that we were previously using – they said yes!
This is an important relationship as many of the students who graduate from Colegio Susanna Wesley continue on with their education at the public school – our mission is to prepare them for success in elementary school.
We were honored to be accompanied by one of our own school parents, Victor Riquiac, who sits on the School Parents’ Committee for the Camanchaj Community Development Council.
